What Postless Hip Pad?
The Postless Hip Pad is a disposable memory foam positioning device designed to facilitate postless distraction during hip arthroscopy and other traction-based procedures, eliminating the need for a perineal post.
It secures the patient to the traction table using breathable, high-friction foam and integrated Velcro fixation, ensuring stable positioning, reduced perineal pressure, and improved surgical access and visualisation.
